The Role... This is a multifaceted role that encompasses revenue management, sales and operational room standards and revenue management. Primary objective is to drive revenue growth in Accommodations and Group and Corporate activity, while maintaining a focus on profitability and member satisfaction. This entails developing and implementing strategic initiatives across channels to attract members and clients, maximise room occupancy, and optimize pricing strategies. Main Duties... Commercial Positioning: - To review and monitor competition to formulate recommendations on product and service enhancements to remain competitive. - To represent the company in relevant trade shows, events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and market presence when required. - To collaborate with Communications team on the development of integrated marketing plans, including digital, social media, promotional and paid media strategies. - To identify sources of business available and share with Communications.
