Hourly Pay Range: $33.16 - $49.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Sign on bonus $25,000 - Position : Respiratory Therapist - Location : Evanston Hospital - Evanston, IL - Full Time | 36 hours/week - Shift : Nights, Monday - Friday and weekends 7pm - 7am, with holidays. What you will do: - Assists Physicians, as requested with Respiratory Therapy procedures - Provide respiratory therapy to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients as ordered by physicians according hospital policy and procedures - Assess patients to determine most suitable method of administering treatment - Document treatment, equipment maintenance and quality control activities and transcribe verbal or phone order by physicians - Communicate to patient and family the treatment being performed in a clear manner - Monitor patient physiological response to therapy with special attention to the pediatric and neonatal patients - Provide patient and staff education What you will need: - Education : Graduation from a nationally accredited Respiratory Therapy program, as determined by the Committee...
