Job description

Education Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Systems, or related preferred). - Master’s degree a plus (AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Systems Engineering, HCI). Work Experience: - 10+ years progressive experience in product management, solution design, or technology delivery, including AI-enabled products. - 3–5+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering complex, multi-system products (software + hardware/sensors). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proven track record of establishing and growing high-value relationships and partnerships with customers. - Experience presenting/pitching strategic recommendations and complex concepts to IT and business leaders. - Experience leading transformation programs that include real-time data, sensors/IoT, automation, and AI/ML (not just web/mobile). - Deep experience leading diverse teams across engineering, design, data/ML, and operations through the product lifecycle. - Strong grasp of computer vision fundamentals (detection, segmentation, tracking), model evaluation, and production considerations (drift, monitoring, retraining). - Familiarity with digital twin concepts (asset mo...
