What you get to do: - Facilitate training using approved SOPs, lesson plans and other training resources provided to ensure ambassadors are comfortable working in their assigned area or with their assigned equipment. This training will certify, test, audit, and properly document, as required, the ambassadors training according to the Standard Operating Procedures of the assigned area or equipment - Ensure that the ambassadors receive the highest quality training in regards to safety and guest service - Observe ambassador's performance and supplement training on a continuous basis - Role model daily operations and procedures in terms of personal job performance - Other duties as assigned by department management What it takes to succeed: The perks...
