Financial Planning Processor, the role: - Prepare and process new client documentation including fact finds, ID checks and compliance forms - Ensure all onboarding activity is completed accurately in line with FCA requirements - Maintain and update client records within the CRM system - Submit new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products - Track cases through to completion, liaising with providers where required - Resolve queries and chase outstanding information to ensure timely processing - Support advisers and paraplanners with r...
