About the role: The Picker role supports Transfer Yard Operations by sorting and recovering recyclable materials from construction and demolition waste. You will help separate valuable resources such as timber, metals, and concrete, ensuring non-recyclable material is correctly processed through to landfill. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
