This role is a hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s). The successful candidate will be involved in the production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling operations. - Work on production line(s) and ensure quality meets customer expectations. - Observe the operation of machines and report equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor to ensure continuous product flow. - Perform changeovers on the production lines according to customer orders. - Assist with training new employees, operators, and material handlers. - Assist production team with cleaning and organization of manufacturing area...
