Company Description Maven Dental Morley is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our practice in a dual Receptionist / Dental Assistant role. This part-time position is Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am–5:15 pm . The role is primarily reception-based, however you’ll also support the clinical team with Dental Assisting duties when teammates are on leave or unwell. Job Description: - Manage front‑of‑house duties, including patient check‑ins, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries. - Provide excellent customer service and support a smooth patient experience. - Assist chairside when required, following clinical protocols and infection control standards. - Maintain accurate patient records and support daily practice operations. - Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment. Qualifications: - Experienced DA/Receptionist with Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above. - Knowledge of Exact or dental software systems is desirable. - Proficient in dental terminology and procedures. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
