As Website Content Officer, you will manage content change requests across all departments, review and maintain content in plain English that is accurate, accessible, and relevant, and help shape the overall website design. The role ensures digital accessibility and inclusion by adapting content to make council platforms accessible and escalating significant issues to the Senior Digital Experience and Accessibility Officer.
