We are seeking a dedicated Associate, in Facilities to join our team and play a pivotal role in laboratory asset management. In this specialized position, you will oversee the lifecycle of Laboratory Equipment Service Agreements, collaborating with end users, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. By coordinating agreements and maintaining precise records, you’ll directly impact operational efficiency and contribute to a culture of excellence. This role offers opportunities to drive meaningful improvements in laboratory operations and asset management, while expanding your expertise in a dynamic environment. A Typical Day: Coordinating laboratory equipment service agreement negotiations and purchases. Liaising with internal customers and suppliers to obtain service quotations. Entering and uploading asset details and agreements into TRIRIGA and Oracle. Updating records, tracking agreements, and maintaining documentation in TRIRIGA. Using maintenance data and user feedback to provision service agreements appropriately. Collaborating with R&pD Operations, Finance, and Global Procurement to address end user needs.
