Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring Accounting Interns for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This is a hands-on opportunity is designed for students who want real exposure to how accounting supports day-to-day business operations. What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll be working directly in our systems, helping process transactions and ensure information is entered and maintained correctly. - Apply customer payments to open invoices and help keep accounts accurate. - Assist with entering vendor invoices and supporting the accounts payable process. - Review reports to catch errors and ensure accuracy across accounts. What We’re Looking For: This internship is designed for students who are interested in exploring a career in accounting. While Accounting and Finance majors are most common, students from related backgrounds are encouraged to apply if there is a clear interest in working with numbers and business operations. - Current high school or college student. - Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers. - Able to stay organized and focused on routine, detail-heavy work. - Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
