WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Operations Leadership: - Assures a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions. - Take charge of and handle all production resources to ensure the fulfillment of all agreed-upon critical metrics (KPIS). - Responsible for the execution of the production plan of your plant. - Establish manufacturing strategy that supports overall central initiatives. - Define manufacturing improvement goals and supporting programs to reduce setup, improve productivity and quality, reduce manufacturing cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize machine downtime and achieve on time delivery. - Implement cost reduction programs and reengineer existing processes to reduce the manufacturing cost of sales.
