FlexStaff is seeking a Help Desk Technician to complete its four-person Helpdesk team at our clients Law Firm. The position is in the firm’s Hackensack, New Jersey office. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (flexibility to provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours to cover planned and unplanned PTO.) Salary: $75,000- $95,000 range: The position involves providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices, supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom, maintaining equipment inventory, and documenting support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system. Candidates should have significant experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word), and iManage (strongly preferred). Job Description: The Firm has high expectations for the contributions of its team members in terms of customer service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ownership of their work.
