Job Title Executive Assistant, Ultrasound NAR Leadership Team (Bothell, WA) Job Description: Executive Assistant, Ultrasound NAR Leadership Team (Bothell, WA) In this role, you will support one or more Executives in various highly complex tasks and strategic projects by assisting in administrative, organizational and operational matters as needed and by staying knowledgeable of corporate policies, exercising autonomy within established procedures. Your role: - Facilitating complex calendar of appointments using strong time management skills, across several time zones and countries - Coordinating travel arrangements (ground, air and hotel); preparing detailed itineraries for extensive/international travel.
