Job Summary Facilitates and leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Mendomi program for the plant, the Mendomi program leads to enhanced retention, employee success, and effectiveness for the employees. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Facilitates and leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Mendomi program for the plant. 2. Coach, Facilitate or Lead improvement Mendomi events. 3. Act as a liaison for the plant, to gather ideas, boost participation and sustain interest in Mendomi. 4. Create communication strategies to promote and encourage participation in wellness programs. 5. Conduct program assessments and employee surveys to assess priorities in Mendomi development. 6. Utilize Employee engagement in ideas and implementation of program improvements. 7. Develop plant level engagement activities for Mendomi. 8. Develop creative program materials, including promotional items and communicate clearly and effectively. Mendomi activities through multiple venues, such as developing an ongoing article in the NAL newsletter. 9.
