The Role: As Liviti’s: Property Strategist , you’ll be the trusted guide for our members as they navigate the property investment journey. From initial consultation through to strategy development and portfolio growth, you’ll deliver expert guidance on how to build wealth through newly built and off-the-plan properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead face-to-face and Zoom consultations to understand each member’s investment goals, budget, and risk appetite Design tailored property investment strategies that align with long-term wealth objectives Research and recommend high-growth locations and projects using market data, cash-flow projections, and design reviews Present investment briefs clearly and persuasively, backed by insights and numbers Collaborate closely with Liviti’s mortgage, legal, and support teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service Provide regular updates and ongoing strategy reviews to help members stay on track a...
