Make a difference. As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. In this role you will: Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow of purchase orders Train and develop employees: Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality Collaborate with branch team to grow sales Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations What you bring to the table: Strong communication skills A passion for customer service: Supervisory and leadership skills: Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact 2+ years experience preferred 2 year or 4 year degree preferred Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Compensation Details: The expected starting rate for this position is $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
