The Assistant Manager (AM) is focused on delivering sales and profit results through Guests, People & Operations. The AM supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service and people. Position Overview: - The Assistant Managers (AM) is responsible for controlling the restaurant’s profitability, operations, and leading the team members to deliver great guest service. The AM reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), providing support with people development and ensuring daily execution of management routines. The RAM is expected to drive performance indicating metrics by directing the team members and Shift Leaders.
