The Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) is a leading industry organization dedicated to the overall planning, development, marketing, and management of the commercial port facilities within the Port of Prince Rupert. PRPA is seeking a motivated, eager-to-learn student to join the health, safety & well-being team and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and enhance career prospects. Summer student employment is for four months, commencing May 4, 2026, and ending August 28, 2026, unless otherwise specified. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Provide administrative and project support to the health & safety function, assisting with a variety of safety initiatives and improvement projects. - Support the development, review, and organization of safety documentation, including procedures, programs, forms, and training materials. - Assist with training coordination, including tracking completion, updating records, and following up on outstanding requirements. - Participate in safety inspections, audits, and reviews (as appropriate), including documenting findings and tracking action items. - Su...
