Within the Aladdin COO office, the Business Management team is responsible for driving operational discipline, financial rigor, and aligned transparency across our global footprint. The team ensures effective execution of core processes—including workforce planning, budget oversight, and governance—while also partnering with leadership to operationalize and scale strategic business priorities. We are seeking a Vice President, Business Manager , who will report directly to the head of Business Management. This individual will oversee a range of people-focused processes, including headcount planning, recruiting strategies, mobility initiatives, and resource optimization, ensuring strong controls and alignment with business priorities.
