Job Title R&D Sustaining Engineer – Catheters (Plymouth, MN) Job Description: You will execute research and development activities for products aimed at treating vascular diseases; support detailed design and testing within R&D sustaining engineering projects, ensuring product designs meet specifications, and identifying and recommending solutions for complex technical issues. Your role: - Supporting Research and Development: Involve yourself in R&D activities to enhance existing products and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure the success of development programs. - Design and Refinement: Engage in designing, prototyping, and refining device concepts with a focus on manufacturability.
