Location: Mayo Building - Ambulatory Pediatric Cerebral Palsy & Spina Bifida (CPSB) Clinic / Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) - RN The CPSB/PMR Ambulatory Registered Nurse plays a critical role in the care coordination and longitudinal management of children with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions. This nurse functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary specialty clinic and supports both the CPSB multidisciplinary clinic and Pediatric PM&R practice. Through comprehensive nursing assessments, education, care coordination, and follow‑up, the CPSB/PMR RN ensures safe, timely, and patient‑centered care across the continuum. The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
