The Proposal Coordinator leads the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for federal, state, and local government opportunities. They work closely with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and the Proposal Production Team to ensure all proposal components are compliant with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, formatted correctly, and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities: RFP Analysis & Compliance - Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs—including Sections L and M—and develop detailed compliance matrices, annotated outlines, and structured templates. - Interpret proposal instructions and advise Proposal Managers and Capture leads on submission requirements, formatting standards, and compliance risks. - Maintain strict document version control and ensure compliance throughout the proposal lifecycle.
