Job Summary: The Product Engineer Technician is responsible for temperature characterization of new products, analyzing customer-returned parts, and fulfilling internal and external customer requests for data. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks. The ideal candidate is assertive yet diplomatic, with strong resource planning and communication skills, and can effectively manage technician workloads and scheduling.
