FlexStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work for one of our clients, a nonprofit agency providing comprehensive health, social wellness, and housing services for vulnerable, low-income, or disabled populations, with their mobile team (ACT) in Queens, NY. This is a permanent, full-time job offering benefits. Requirements: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week. In this role you would be responsible for providing management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the psychiatrist, as a member of a mobile, multidisciplinary treatment team for persons with severe mental illness and forensic involvement. - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse by the New York State Education Department. - Valid and clean NY State driver license. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, including mental status evaluations. Assess and monitor physical health needs, making appropriate referrals to community physicians. Coordinate medication management and administration in conjunction with a psychiatrist.
