Director Global Process Safety

Job description

The Role: As the Director of Global Process Safety, reporting to the Sr. Director - EHSQ, you will develop and ensure the implementation of corporate level strategies, programs, and procedures to implement Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS). Additionally, you will provide continuous improvement toward world class EHS performance, and integration of RBPS principles and activities within the overall business process. How You Will Make an Impact: - Facilitate global network of process safety SME’s - Facilitate functional safety steering team (FSST) - Support operations with a focus on identifying process safety related hazards, compliance obligations and assessing risks - Leads and directs the development and implementation of process safety, chemical facility standards and management systems assuring the foundation for regulatory compliance, management of risk, training/competency development, program consistency and continual performance improvement - Provide PS leadership and technical support to capital projects, existing and R&D operations and incident investigations - Accountable for the establishment of key process safety related performance indicators and metrics and standardize...
