Job description
As a Technical Project Manager on a new product team, you will directly support the humanoid program management office as well as the Behavior SW and Controls managers to create achievable project plans and track progress against them. You will lead the identification of risks internal to the software teams’ plans, elevate and advertise these risks, and track progress towards their resolution. You will create high level status reports for communicating with both executives and the broader company-wide technical community. What You’ll Do: Work across multiple teams to build and track comprehensive projects plans that account for the complex interdependencies inherent in robotics,including managing scope, identifying risks, estimating workloads, defining schedule milestones, and tracking cross-functional efforts throughout the development process Coordinate cross-functional teams, including research scientists, ML engineers, controls engineers, data operations teams and robot demonstrators and other stakeholders, to drive project execution Partner with project managers and technical leaders in other parts of the business to ensure smooth, predictable execution Communicate regularly o...
