Your Impact As Head of Equipment & Servicing, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of beverage dispensing equipment across Asahi Group in Australia. You’ll ensure reliability, safety, service excellence and capital efficiency, enabling stronger sales performance, elevated customer satisfaction, and optimal return on investment. Key Accountabilities: - Champion a safety-first, service-led culture that prioritises customer outcomes and equipment reliability. - Develop and execute equipment and parts forecasting to meet customer demand. - Optimise installation, movement and maintenance processes to reduce downtime and improve performance. - Drive continuous improvement and compliance across all servicing activities. - Identify and implement innovative equipment and servicing solutions. - Own financial, asset and risk management, including CAPEX/OPEX optimisation. - Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
