Location: 22 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2S5 The Building Operator is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations at their assigned properties. Responsibilities: Monitor assigned properties for cleanliness, reporting any issues with tenants, contractors, or others and assist with resolving any issues. Assist Operations/Property Manager with the procurement of all supplies and services required for the smooth operation and maintenance of the properties, including but not limited to HVAC, maintenance, Inventory control, etc. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate operations. Building Environmental Systems Diploma (1, 2) / 4th Class Engineering Certificate or equivalent industry certifications is preferred. - Maintain building systems and all aspects of the physical asset. - Follow building operating procedures and make recommendations for improvements to building operations. - Assist Operations team with property inspections, construction inspections for both Tenant & Landlord work and report findings, and on the delivery of services to tenants. - Promptly and efficiently carry out tenant work orders within 24 hours, check with the tenant...
