Lead Interaction Designer About the role: My client, a central government department, require a Lead Interaction Designer, where you will be responsible for leading a team of Interaction Designers to design services focused on user needs, while working with stakeholders to resource projects and promote a better understanding of design. Main responsibilities: portfolio of work to share ideas, best practice and proactively help and support each other of user-centred design line managing, supporting and mentoring a team of Interaction Designers over multiple projects, providing them with guidance, training and constructive feedback - working closely with other professional leads, Delivery Managers and Heads of Role - building an inclusive community of practice that enables designers across the - working with senior stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of the value Other day to day activities: Must have prior government experience and understand government design principles and methodologies. SC clearance is also required
