If you've been supervising janitorial crews and you're ready to stop pushing a mop and start running the operation, this is your next move. City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a full-time Janitorial Quality Control Supervisor to inspect commercial buildings, manage independent contractor performance, and ensure our clients get the cleaning quality they're paying for. You'll work evenings (4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday), visiting multiple commercial properties each night to verify that work meets our standards before the client walks in the next morning. This isn't a cleaning job. You won't be mopping floors or emptying trash cans. Your job is to be the second set of eyes across a portfolio of commercial buildings: inspecting completed work, holding contractors accountable, resolving complaints before they escalate, and reporting results back to your operations manager each night.
