Senior Investor Services Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a financial analyst to support the investor relations and accounting function of a mid-market private equity client. The role primarily focuses on the data collection and reporting for limited partner financial reporting and portfolio company financial information. Primary Responsibilities Will Include: - Complete quarterly data reporting requests from LPs - Near term cash flow projection - Quarterly data templates (includes portfolio company operating metrics, valuation metrics and capital account metrics) - Operational due diligence requests - ESG/ DEI questionnaires (extracting data from Novata) - Assist with fundraising requests that are data based (these are similar to routine quarterly requests) - Quarterly reporting - Uploading cashflows and financials on ilevel - Managing investment team input into Quarterly Reports - Input fund financial information into Quarterly Reports - Managing approval processes, including legal/ finance/ compliance - Maintaining and updating master cash flow file for all alt fund vehicles - Assist with capital call/ distribution notices - Various ad hoc data requests Qualifications and Skills: The salary range for this position $9...
