Description Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Bulldozer and Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to assist in various construction projects. Essential Functions: - Maintain full compliance with all safety policies and procedures, environmental regulations, OSHA/MSHA ensuring both personal and team adherence. - Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while upholding the company’s core values. - Always use the proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). - Operate bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites. - Perform tasks such as digging, grading, and building as required by project specifications. - Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with other operators and construction personnel to complete projects on time. - Familiarity with grader operation and other construction machinery is a plus. - Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on construction machinery. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
