Primary Purpose: The Manager, Skilled Trades Talent Programs serves as a strategic advisor and program leader focused on attracting, developing, and hiring top-tier skilled trades talent (e.g., electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, maintenance, production, field service). This role partners with operational leaders, technical training teams, trade schools, unions, workforce development organizations, and community partners to design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that supports Generac’s skilled trades workforce needs.
