Description CCAP Mission Statement - To empower all people and communities, challenged by poverty as well as social and cultural barriers, through advocacy, education, and access to high quality health and human services. JOB SUMMARY: The Visitation Facilitator plays a critical role in supporting healthy, structured visitation between incarcerated parents and their children on Saturday mornings at the Department of Corrections. This position ensures a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly environment during visits and provides logistical and emotional support to visiting families. The role helps strengthen family bonds and promote successful reunification by ensuring quality parent-child interaction under the Department’s policies and protocols. WORK SCHEDULE DEMANDS: - This position is per diem/3 hours per session. - Due to the nature of the job, this individual must be flexible with their schedule to accommodate the client population.
