Job description

Production Operator (Process Expert) – Night Shift The Production Operator produces high ‑ quality thermoplastic material by setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment and packaging finished product. This is a 12 ‑ hour night ‑ shift role (3–4 shifts/week, including holidays and alternating weekends). This Minnesota position pays $26.11/hour, plus a night ‑ shift differential and annual bonus eligibility. Actual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate extrusion equipment within standard operating conditions. - Monitor and troubleshoot equipment throughout the run. - Collect product samples and address safety or quality issues by stopping the process and assisting in problem ‑ solving. - Operate a forklift safely. - Perform cleaning and product changeovers, including full equipment and system cleanouts. - Maintain accurate production records, logs, blends, and packaging documentation. - Support smooth shift hand ‑ offs with clear communication. - Follow all SOPs, safety policies, and waste ‑ handling procedures; actively participate in safety programs.
