Job Description NXP’s Driver & Energy Systems (DES) product line develops Battery Management System (BMS) solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as 48V automotive products. These products support the growing demand for vehicle electrification and must comply with strict performance, safety, and reliability requirements. DES Product Line fuels NXP’s mixed‑signal battery management and 48V portfolio for automotive and industrial applications. In collaboration with our global design teams, we create application‑specific standard products that combine high‑performance analog functions with advanced high‑voltage CMOS technologies, placing particular emphasis on BMS , robust eFuse solutions , and state‑of‑the‑art Gate Driver architectures . We are looking for a Principal Analog Design Engineer to support global product development activities.
