Job Description Project Procurement Manager NAR/LATAM (Tomball, TX) Doka USA Ltd seeks a Project Procurement Manager NAR/LATAM (Tomball, TX) to determine and analyze project procurement requirements for engineered components and assemblies, including metal fabrication, sheet-metal parts, die-cast components, molded parts, wire harnesses, packaging materials, and mechanical/electrical assemblies for Large Scale (mainly Infrastructure & High Rise) often complex projects across North America and Latin America. Provide guidance to project teams on procurement strategies, supplier capabilities, cost structures, lead times, and technical requirements. Perform direct project supply-management activities including purchasing, subcontracting, expediting, material coordination, supplier document control, and logistics. Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers in North America and Latin America for commodities such as heavy metal fabrication, sheet-metal fabrication, CNC machining, molding, die casting, and packaging. Conduct RFP/RFQ processes, analyze supplier quotations, perform cost-breakdown and should-cost analyses, compare product quality and pricing, and recommend supplier selections....
