Job Summary: Manage, plan, and direct the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Services Team (both internal and third-party service providers) nationally in a 24/7 fast-paced operational environment to ensure prompt and efficient service and Customer, Subcontractor and Internal Team satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. This includes providing timely service to all field locations nationally for Equipment Service and Repairs and managing parts inventory to fulfil this requirement and subsequent real time reporting to resolve issues collaboratively across departments.
