Your Opportunity: Promotes process improvement with a focus on disease prevention in order to improve the health of the system. Diagnoses and treats diseases of swine by performing the following duties. Core Responsibilities: Using CQI/SPC methods, monitors key indicators and formulate intervention strategies to improve system health. Examines animals to determine nature of disease or injury . Treats animal surgically or medically. Test animals for herd health monitoring. Inoculates animals against diseases and other disorders. Ensures that animals meet all federal, state, and local health and welfare regulations.
