Stagiair HR - Global Projects and Recruitment - Speaking Dutch fluently is required – What will you do?: - Assist in hiring our new interns for the September 2026 "Best Internship in Retail" program - Support the recruitment of new store employees who embody our brand values - Be part of an exciting transformation in our candidate experience project - Post, publish, and promote vacancies, ensuring the use of the most effective channels and the right tone of voice for each target audience - Communicate daily with future talent through various channels to guide them toward their dream job within our inspiring brand - Communicate with store managers, manage the recruitment inbox, and handle recruitment-related phone inquiries About you!: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, HBO, or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field - Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) - Tech-savvy, with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach - Fast learner, able to work with multiple tools; Excel, Workday and other talent platforms - Strong communication skills and comfortable taking initiative - Participation in extracurricular activities during y...
