Job description

Purchase and negotiate product and programs for the Jewelry eCommerce sales channel. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service - Negotiate, select, and purchase merchandise from vendors - Work with other Jewelry Buyers to expand online assortments across all jewelry and watch categories - Communicate effectively, both internally and externally - Assess eCommerce merchandise mix to continually improve assortments - Assist to implement solutions to problems and act decisively to develop and execute on appropriate action plans - Make timely, sound purchasing decisions by assessing large amounts of data - Analyze the site presentation and merchandise the site accordingly - Critically assess the price/value relationship based on knowledge of market and current business. - Maintain adherence to Company vendor guidelines - Seek out new resources to broaden merchandise mix and pursue creative methods of seeking out desired merchandise - Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through prudent and effective inventory management....
