Job description

General Purpose: The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform to support TPx's business operations. This role focuses exclusively on Salesforce application development, including custom code, integrations, data models, and platform automation that enable Sales, Service, and Marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of IT Solutions, the Salesforce Developer works closely with architects, administrators, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions that align with platform best practices and organizational standards.
