Job Overview The people team sits at the heart of BDB. We work closely with leadership, managers and teams across the business to create an environment where people can do their best work and grow their careers. As People Manager (Europe), you will lead the day to day delivery of the people function activating as the primary partner to managers and supporting the employee lifecycle. You will be instrumental in ensuring people processes run efficiently, that managers feel confident handling people matters, and our employee experience reflects BDB values and pace. Alongside operational leadership, this role will also support the development of our internal learning capability - helping build practical, digital first learning resources that strengthen management capabilities and career development across the business.
