This role is flexible on location and can be base out of our London, Coventry or Manchester SSC. About the team: You will join the Financial Operations function, supporting the Argos business through a significant period of finance transformation. The team plays a critical role in shaping how finance supports commercial propositions, technology change and regulatory compliance, working closely with Technology, Product and Commercial colleagues. This is a high‑profile environment where finance expertise directly influences how new systems and ways of working are designed, implemented and embedded across the organisation. More about the role: This role leads the delivery of finance workstreams across major transformation initiatives, focusing on the Order to Cash lifecycle. With solution design largely agreed, your day to day will centre on overseeing build activity, supporting testing phases, managing cutover and go‑live, and ensuring effective stabilisation post‑implementation.
