UWorld is seeking a motivated and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for recruiting and hiring needs across multiple disciplines. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that all assigned positions are filled with the best candidate, while enthusiastically promoting the culture of the organization and ensuring compliance with corporate hiring policies. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred - Minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems - Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter - Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns and changing priorities - Must be an effective communicator - Ability to work independently to perform job duties - Must have strong interpersonal relationship skills Preferred Qualifications: - Sales, Technology, or Educational Recruiting experience Job Duties (Including but not limited to): Recruiting - Post jobs on LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other job boards as necessary - Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (internet resources, social media, employe...
