You’ll focus on capability uplift, enablement and process optimisation; designing playbooks, tools, and workflows that remove friction and create consistency across the partnership lifecycle. Working in close collaboration with leadership and frontline teams, you’ll identify skill gaps, observe how work gets done, and translate insights into practical solutions that lift productivity, strengthen conversion and improve partner experience.
