Overview We are seeking a Diet Clerk, sometimes referred to as Nutrition Clerk or Dietary Clerk. Under the direction of the dietitian, the Diet Clerk performs clinical support tasks related to reviewing and approving therapeutic menu selections. The Diet Clerk will also ensure patient trays are accurate and served at appropriate temperatures. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
