About DESRI DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 70 renewable energy projects in 24 states. About the role: DESRI seeks an experienced and highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across our growing national office footprint. This role will be based in New York City and will report to the Director of Business Operations. The Facilities Manager will directly manage the NYC Office Assistant and collaborate closely with local office liaisons in Denver, Houston, and Portland. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized facilities protocols across all DESRI offices, managing vendor and landlord relationships, overseeing capital projects and buildouts, and ensuring a professional, safe, and well-functioning workplace environment.
