Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Graduate Investment Accountant to join our Wealth Management and Protection team based at our head office in the West Perth office. The Graduate Investment Accountant’s primary responsibility will be supporting the Manager in the timely and accurate completion of daily tasks and is crucial in ensuring our clients' investments expectations and deadlines are met. Position Responsibilities: - Updating share investment transactions on a regular basis; - Maintaining clients' superannuation and insurance records; - Drafting of Statements of Advice; - Preparation of standard correspondence (letters and emails); - Receiving inbound and attending to outbound telephone calls with clients and third parties; - Clarifying and resolving client queries and promoting customer satisfaction at every opportunity; and - Assisting with other administration matters and general duties as requested.
